You need to supply more information, what RPM will the small pulley be running at? The service factor sounds about right (2). If I assume an RPM of 2500 then one belt ("A" designation or .5") is good for about 7 HP. Large belts don't work well at higher RPM's. Be sure to use matched set (same lot) belts!
