I am a freshman and am enrolled in beginning ME classes that just started. My instructor gave a question to the class that I have no idea how to solve (seeing how I haven't had any engineering courses).
Here it is: "What is the load carrying capacity of a common steel 1/4 inch bolt, twenty threads per inch, that you would find in a hardware store?"
