I have been given a school project that is outside of the regular class teaching. I have to make a plenem. (A/C Duct) My problem is in the folding the ends don't meet. I have been adjusting the shape of the metal design but still keeps coming up with same results. Is there an easier way?

the piece has irregular dimensions listed below:

Top View is:
11" high on one end
24" long
20" high on other end

Side view is:
10" high on one end
24" long
23" high on other end
