HELP ME!! Pressure Vessel Calculation for End Plate Thickness

Hi, Im looking for a calculation to tell me the thickness of an end plate for my pressure vessel.
I have 10bar through a Mild Steel Pipe. DN700 (28")

I am going to sandwich a steel plate between two bolted raised face flanges to stop the flow.

Thickness of pipe is 9.5mm, pressure is 145psi

Can anyone help?
