    An ellipse is a two-dimensional object and cannot have a volume. Do you mean the Area?

    The formula for calculating the volume of ellipsoid are
    volume of ellipsoid:

    V=4/3 πabc

    The volume of an ellipsoid radius:

    Volume of Ellipse = (4/3)πr1r2r3

    anybody knew the formula for calculating AN volume? I understand this is important in calculating radiation dosage.

    I read it might be something like: 4/3 * pi * L/2 * H/2 * W/2
