Does anyone know what this is/where I can find them?

Hey all,
I'm new to this site so hopefully I'm posting this in the correct section.
We use this type of leveling leg in many of our product, but our supplier went out of business and we haven't been able to find them by searching around google.
Here's a picture of what we're looking for,

it doesn't have to be a match in regards to threads, we can change that on our product.
Any help would be appreciated,

We need the two piece design becuase we don't have much head room to have a threaded rod come up, such as the ones from McMaster.
The leveling jacks from eandesp.com would work great but they are all to big.

Call them and see if they have other options. Sounds like you are an OEM. They might be able to make what you want for a certain annual quantity. I've dealt with this company many times over the years and I know they do a lot of specials. In fact my current employer buys some special actuators from them based on a combination of their standard products and my custom design. I'll bet most of their standard products all started as specials for somebody.
