I think I am out for the moment.
A buddy of mine is into building and racing land speed vehicles. The folks who do this type of racing are a rare and exotic breed. It is my understanding that their sole reason for being on this planet is to interpret rulebooks for the purpose of exploiting a class with an odd combination that offers a promising stab at a world record. That being said, my buddy has built a Chevy S-10 pickup truck into which he installed a 4 cylinder Mercedes-Benz diesel engine.
He is now trying to come up with a catchy name for this dry lakes racer.
Seeing how you folks are all witty and mechanically inclined, I thought it would be fun to suggest some names. I promise I will give full credit to the person for the name.
So... whatcha got?
