I think the "99" should give a clue to vintage there. I seem to recall looking at it many many years back, or at least something similarly named. The fact that I do not recall it readily, strongly suggests to me that I abandoned it for alternative software.
With so many free 2D and 3D packages available, it begs the question - "why?"
