Well, perhaps a rotary actuator where the shaft includes a spur gear driving a linear Slide.
Getting this much information is asking a lot of forum members - not a quick and easy task. You should contact hydraulic applications experts and/or companies and ask how they would accomplish this.I mean its whole specification
