    Looking for articles discussing angle axis differences between holes and screws

    Looking for articles discussing angle axis differences between threaded holes and screws.
    Are there errors between the screw axis and axis of the threaded hole that the screw goes into?

    In a perfect world, no. A perfect screw will be perfectly positioned by a perfect thread. So, its simple - make them both perfect!
    Seriously, in the real world there are manufacturing imperfections and clearances involved. The final position of a screw in a threaded hole is affected by many factors so the best you can say is that it is "close". That's why it is NEVER a good idea to try to use screw threads for any kind of precise positioning or alignment.
