I need a mechanical mechanism for create some groove on the wood.
number of Grooves are 30 and distance between each groove is 4 mm to the next and the wide of each groove is 2 mm it is like a comb tooth
i find a machine that create comb tooth but i don't understand what mechanism does it used.

i think he use the right hand for movement the wood to the blade for create grooves and left hand for feed the next tooth and next groove on the wood.

Mount multiple saw blades on the arbor and cut all grooves at once.
That's far too easy. Use a floor mounted blade and move the saw table to the required distance.
In all seriousness, for a one time or regular application, the posts above are your best option. Other than that, adjustable groovers/rebaters already exist so no need to reinvent the wheel.
