Welding Specification/Process Identification

I have a drawing for the fabrication of an ASME rated vessel that calls for a weld specification of 1-1-T1. I can not find anything that will define what that means. Is there a publication or site that will define what that particular weld specification means, and what type of specification system using that type of callout for general understanding of that specification nomenclature?

Section II, VIII, or IX? I have an old copy of VIII given to me for reference unfortunately the 'UW-27: Welding Processes' pages are missing and I was hoping not to spend thousands to find out.
