Here I have a dredger with a centrifugal pump which operates by 300HP induction motor. I need to replace the induction motor by an IC engine to make the dredger more usable at the places where electricity is not available. Does anyone had this kind of an experience or could anyone assist me regarding the problem?

This is not a trivial question or request nor a task that is quick and easy. This will likely need hundreds of hours design, research and ultimately a retrofit. I don't think your going to get a volunteer on any forum...
You need to find the money, find the talent and time..
