Where to find: non-return valve

Hi,

Can you help me, our client is looking for a a hydraulic non-return valve DN16 that would open with a low pressure below 0.020 bar, which means 20 cm height difference. And it should be sea water proof, since there is also sea water within the oil. The connecting hoses are 5/8 inch, with o-ring nuts.
