What is a good bearing material for use with aluminum?

I cannot seem to find a good reference for coefficients of friction with aluminum. I'm trying to push an aluminum plate over some track, and I'm not allowed to attach a strip of something to the bottom of it. At a previous company, we ended up using something called PET + GL, which is PET with little teflon particles in it, the availability wasn't the greatest. Nylon products seemed to have a lot of sticktion and screeching associated with it.

Is there a simple answer here, in anyone's experience? Or a good reference?
