flatness of the derived median plane question

Can flatness of the derived median plane be used as shown per the attached image?

If yes, then which view should points "M" and "N" be shown in? I have these points in multiple views for the sake of clarity of my question.

This is a stamped part. It is my feeling that flatness of the derived median plane captures the essence of this part better than flatness of a surface. However, if I cannot us FOTDMP in this manner I would need to call out flatness of a surface for the side that has the two tabs bent down. This would be the bottom surface, with the words "SECTION A-A" nearest.

    Thank you!

Yes, the flatness of median plane can be specified this way however the "M between N" specification is not required...
