Applying the correct Dim.

I am new to creating detailed drawings and I am confused on how to approach the design shown in the pictures. I would like help determining how to position the features called out in the pictures.

Please don't comment on basic dim. and applying position control. I am only interested in how to apply linear dim. to features in their "correct" view. Once this is accomplished, I should easily be able to apply GD&T concepts. However, please suggest additional views if necessary.

The pictures supplied contain iso views, ref. dim, view with datums, and My questions and thoughts.
