    OK, I'll admit it. GD&T is foreign to me.

    Is the (attached) dimension ±.002 or .002 Max?

    It is interpreted as ± .001 to the nominal profile surface with the tolerance boundaries oriented and located to the specified datum reference frame (DRF) between locations x and y.
