MSN Access (Pay)... or, Open Office (Free)
Does anyone know of a software, preferably free or pretty cheap, that will give you the ability to track multiple projects? Perhaps where you can see the status of the projects and maybe stages.

Get a back edition of M-S Project (say from from Amazon or Ebay through an independent provider) which is still compatibility with your platform. I would help to have an older XP or W7 system just for this purpose. Don't get the absolute cheapest since you want to make sure it has the Certificate (or else M-S won't let you load). An un-opened, original packaging will help otherwise there are some risks but generally prices are very low.
