steeper motor with worm gear

Hi All,


I'm a student for mechanical engineering and in trying to design a vehicle steering system by appalling on each wheel a worm gearbox and a stepper motor.
The wheel needs to turn 30 degrees max in 2 sec on each side.
What I can't understand is how to calculate the speed of the motor that I need so the gearbox will turn the wheel at the right speed.
