High Push / Pull Force 12 Volt Actuator

Guys,

First post on here. I've posted on auto forums for 20 years. I never considered an engineering forum … until TODAY! I'm guessing I'm going to be on here frequently.

I'm looking for a fast action, 12 Volt actuator, that can move maybe around 4 inches in a half second or less. High force, but I cannot define that at this time. However, my idea of high force is probably in the 10 pound range.

Any places to look and search would be appreciated.
