Hello, I'm working on a new style of submarine that is different from conventional subs and was wanting some insight as to feasibility of my design. My design is a oval that is circular in shape (saucer shape) I have done structural drawings of my design and was wondering if I was on the right track with my thinking.

"My design is a oval that is circular in shape (saucer shape)" A cylinder under compression is the optimal design for evenly distributed external or internal pressure. Your shape will work but the maximum rated pressure or dive depth will be less.
You will need to understand the applied stresses before fabrication.
