So, I work as an Engineer at a reputed company. We have a variety of projects like windmills, paper mills, jet turbine production and repairs. So, last we ordered seamless rings for our projects and we were accurate about the specifications. But it wasn't up to our expectations and we had no other option but decline as we don't want any faulty products going out from our organization. So, I am looking for a place where they wouldn't comprise with the specifications and the quality of the products. I am getting suggestions for industrial forge from other places where I have been for the same. Just wanted to know if people here have any suggestions for me. It would really nice if you could give me some suggestions on the same.

If your not satisfied with a product performance it more likely that there is a specification problem. Review the specification for materials, hardness, etc.. and makes the required changes to get a more robust part.
