    Hi Hans,
    If by "Hyde Park" you are referring to a place to talk about things that aren't necessarily related to engineering... like the Hyde Park "Speaker's Corner" then you want to go to the section on this site called "FOO." That is a place on this site for general chit chat... subject matter not relating to any of the other forum areas.
