eMachineshop CAD equivalent

Hi
Does anybody know of a CAD program that is as easy and intuitive as eMachineshop. The problem with eMachineshop is I cannot export files without paying a yearly fee. Don't mind paying a reasonable fee but it is rather expensive for something that I might use once a year at most.
