Tolerance zone with position & angle

Question for you all. I am not sure if the attached is controlling the orientation and location of the two notches at 60deg.

Does the 2X notch position dim & FCF control both the center axes orientations and locations of the notches with this setup?

I appreciate any help I can get on this!

Yes, the 2x position tolerance as specified does control the orientation and location of the center PLANE of the notch features relative to the DRF A|B|C.

I would have actually put two separate 60 deg basic dimensions (one for each notch) but that's just personal preference.
