    Modulus of subgrade reaction of soil

    Is it passible to determine modulus of subgrade reaction - k, just having soil Deformation modulus - Ev2.

    For example I have 300 mm of soil whos deformation modulus - Ev2 > 100 MPa.
    With only this information I need to determine modulus of subgrade reaction for whole construction section.
