Hey people,
I am currently in the process of writing my master's thesis concerning additive manufacturing by making use of a wire-based plasma welding process. I am having trouble finding proper literature on the forces acting in the arc, on the wire, and on the weld pool.
I would be very thankful for every literature tip or comments, THX.
In general, I would suggest that the forces at the point of automated fusing the metal is identical to hand plasma welding.
