Basic dim's interpretation

Hello and thank you in advance for looking at this drawing (attached).
I was trying to interpret the basic dim's added to the dwg.
+10, +1 and -1

There is no callout other than in the notes regarding
concentricity.

I did not create this, nor would I place a surface finish on a
hidden line (omg).

It's not clear what the box + # is meant to indicate. There is a size and taper indicated ((5 deg.) + the dia. 2.265. Dimensioning to a hidden line is basic drafting no-no.

Best advice is to contact the engineering drawing creator and ask for a clarification.

I have no idea what the boxes mean, especially since the dimensions already have a max/min format.

Also, the geometry is over-defined. (A basic error in my opinion.) You have a taper with diameter callouts at each end, as well as a specified angle. The designer should eliminate one of them, or at least make one of them REFERENCE.

The larger dia. is a reference dimension.

Yeah lot's of errors, not my drawing but I will fix the mistakes.
