    Reaction Loads Problem

I have a cantilevered beam supports in two spots and I am trying to resolve the reaction loads at the connections but for the life of me I cannot resolve the vertical reactions RAv and RBv. Sorted the horizontal (42.7kN) but not the vertical.

Points A and B will be bolted to horizontal members and I need to make sure they are correctly sized. Too many years since uni........I can run it through FEA but I want to verify with hand calcs.

Solving this manually will be tough since the problem is statically indeterminate. You have 4 unknown reactions and only 3 equilibrium equations. You can use the energy method by Menabrea or Mohr's method instead.
