Deflection and Stress in a shaft

Need a little help finding the right equation for my situation. I've tried a couple of the beam equations and cant seem to get accurate results.

I've got a reel trailer that holds large wooden reels carrying electrical wire on a shaft supported by two uprights on each side of the trailer. The wooden reels only contact the shaft at the holes in each end of the flanges. So I've got a shaft supported at both ends with two point loads that aren't equally spaced on the shaft.

Im trying to figure out the maximum amount of deflection the shaft will have based on the weight of the reel. Also, the max stresses.

    Picture attached for reference.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I thought maybe the picture of the calculation attached but not quite.
