Water cooling systems?

Hi all,

I am trying to build a water cooling system to cool some electronics however I need to be able to maintain the temperature of the electronics at around 12 degrees C for several hours. Do you have any recommendations for radiators or other devices that can achieve this kind of temperature in a room temperature of about 20 degrees C?

It is highly unlikely that you can achieve that with a passive radiator/heat exchanger. How would you get the air exchanger cool below ambient? You will need a refrigeration unit.
