Gyro operated training wheel

Need some direction for helping my kid with his gyro-operated training wheel that engages the training wheel when the bike tilted beyond a certain angle.

So, what help do you need...

Well, first you would have to have some form of speed-feedback as...

1: Leaning into fast corner at 15mph.
2: Slowly falling over when stationary.
3: Slowly rolling forward and losing balance. ( the gyro's reason for being )
4: Tilting the bike to get on and off.

...would all look the same to the gyro and launch the wheels.
