We have been marking parts with IUID for several years but the skill and knowledge level isn’t where it needs to be. An ex employee (Manufacturing Engineer) used to over-see it and train people. It has been going for a year now with no oversight or software updates.
I was told to make this one of my responsibilities and have zero experience with it. I have a bunch of questions but don’t know which ones to ask quite yet. First question and most obvious one is where are some good online or book resources to get me up to speed? Does anyone have some advice that would help in figuring all this out? We are a high speed gearbox and actuator manufacturer for the aerospace industry.
