why is it happened.? how to make sure the defect occurred in the future?
what do you mean by coating process, specification and material?
"Powder Coating" answers that.
Could be a number of things.
1: Poor surface preparation.
2: humid atmosphere distributing moisture before or during the powder spray before firing.
3: Dust in the atmosphere before firing.
4: Sand blasting particles embedded in the material before powder spray. (See #1)
5: unclean oven with crap falling from the ceiling to the part during firing.
6: If using gas heating, crap in the gas-pipes blowing through burners.
7: If using air-boosted gas then crap in the air supply. Maybe rust-scale, dust or moisture in the air.
Basically, you need to carefully examine every step of the way. It will be a human induced problem. If everything is clean and processed as it should be then there would be no problem.
Siti,
Welcome to the forum. Please check with your powder manufacturer for the proper cure temperature and time.
Also, check the expiration date of the powder you are using and make sure the containers you store your powder in are tightly sealed and free of moisture.
