Hello engineers, I am a mechanical engineer from amsterdam and am new to this forum. I am searching for a cheaper alternative to produce small metal parts (see attachment). At the moment they are made on a lathe machine. Yearly quantity will be 250.000 units. Does anyone has suggestions on manufacturing process? Maybe stamping, cold forming, molding?

Small parts like this and heavy volume more than 200K / year. You will be better suited to use progressive stamping solution. Please look at Youtube or similar sites for details in stamping operations |
