Air Operated Diaphragm Pumps (AOD) 50% More Efficient McCORDSVILLE, Indiana- The Proportion-Air, Inc. MizAirT(Patent Pending) is a revolutionary new device that is specifically designed to reduce air consumption of Air Operated Diaphragm Pumps (AOD). It's unique pulsating effect allows for the reduction of air consumption up to 50% without any loss of fluid flow. The MizAir utilizes a unique microprocessor control air dispensing system. The unit consists of a high-flow normally open two way ¾"NPT full flow valve and an electronic control unit in a NEMA4 rated enclosure. The high-flow normally open valve delivers precisely metered pulses of air to the pump at the beginning of each pump stroke. The MizAir is an intelligent devise and is able to continuously monitor the speed and operating parameters of the pump and make adjustments to the valve timing as needed. Additional benefits include lower cost on compressed air delivery, system maintenance and extended diaphragm pump life. Contact:
