IF ... there was trace amounts of aluminum in 430 stainless it would be there to provide impurities between the crystallines to improve plasticity. Not something I relate to when I spec a stainless. So it would make it more maluable or shapeable by allowing the structure to slide (if you would) around just a little. I would expect a high heat treat process to burn out or release a good amount of this 'aluminum trace'.
A good book on metalergy would explain this throughly.
