Help w/ College Decision

The deadline for college decisisions is drawing near and i'm still questioning where i should attend college. I plan to major in computer engineering, and i was hoping you guys could give me some input on which school you think is the best, based strictly on your experience and the reputation of the engineering programs of the school. I have been accepted to Notre Dame and Cal Poly (California State Polytechnic University @ San Luis Obispo); and also waitlisted at Dartmouth. I know cal poly has a good engineering program, but is it better than Notre Dame's who has a well known name? And although its unlikely iwill get into dartmouth, would it be a better choice than the other two? Thank you guys in advance for your opinions, it will be much appreciated.
