Copier toner material and temp question

Within what range of temperature does copier (and/or laser printer) toner melt. I understand that copier toner, when deposited on paper, is passed under a heater band to melt what I presume to be a polymer of some sort.

What is the base polymer and what temp needs to be exceeded to get it to properly melt.
