FCCU Flue Gas Cooler

Does anyone have a flue gas cooler, downstream a PRU unit, to cool FCC waste gases to the stack? What kind of typical failures the flue gas cooler has experienced? When your gas cooler fails you have the capacity to by pass it maintaining the FCC runing? If so what kind of device do you use to cool down the gases to the stack?

An answer from the forum should be appreciated
