ok ok ok I am going to give you an idea what those engineering field engineers do. But please take these idea as a Generel Idea because there might be very specific fields in all catagories that I might not know.. but I will give you a General Idea.
Civil Engineering/ Civil engineers design structures such as buildings skyscrapers, bridges, water domns, highways, railways, they do deal with the statics and strength of materials.. some of them who designs water domns deal with fluid mechanics.

Electric Engineering. I have friends who are electric engineers. they do work for military and design radars, they do wiring, electric design of buildings or big companies.

Mechanical Engineering. I am a mechanical Engineer who designs mechanical components such as gear driven machines, speed reduces, shafts, keys, bearings, planet mechanisms, in other words power transmisssion components and or elements. But the other field of mechanical engineering is also Energy.. that you can work as a thermal design engineer and design power plants, heating, vantilating, air conditioning, internal combustion enginees, turbo machines, etc. I can say you Mechanical engineering field is a very big field.. If i were you I would be a mechanical engineer. but do not forget I am not you so YOu will decide for yourself. take it easy good luck..
