Special fastener

I'm looking for a manufacturer of what I can best
describe as a "keyhole stud". I'm sure everyone knows
what a keyhole shaped punch is, I'm looking for a
fastener that would go into it - preferably a weld on
fastener. It's to be used to support #16 ga steel
sheet metal. Do people make these or are they all
special?
