For 18CrNi10 you can take
210,000 N/mm^2
: Serdar,
: i was wondering if you know the modulus of elasticity for the following materials are: (for the shafts)
: 15-5SS
: 4140HT
: 18CrNi10
: The reason behind this is so i can determine deflection in the shaft, the deflection I have to have is a maximum deflection of 0.035mm. As well how would I calculate the diameter of my shaft, i found a rather large formula to calculate the shaft but i was wondering if there is an easier way to calculate the diameter.
: Thanks in advance.
