Generaly, the following:

Applicable Standards (if any) such as ASME Y14.5M - 1994 (GD&T)

General manufacturing standards notes, such as:

Draft (angle),Finish, special manufacturing processes, marking (identification), serialization, material

Anything not specifically covered in the standards that is important to the end-item product.
