I'm sorry, but I do not understand exactly what you are asking.
If you are looking for a good rule of thumb for minimum length of thread engagement then...
Use 1.5 * Major Diameter of Screw
For example, if an M3 is being used, then the minimum length of engagement should be 1.5 * 3 = 4.5 mm.
Important Note: This rule of thumb is just that. It is not a perfect formula. Things to consider are 1) material (of both screw and mate), 2) installation rpm's, etc.
