The best corrosion resistant aluminum for saltwater service is the purer grades of aluminum. Those without copper,zinc etc.
Mr. Kimball is correct 6061 is a good choice , very machineable/weldable and when hard anodized it will last a long time. Anodizing however can add to cost. If this is a skagg or fin that will be exposed when say the craft is removed from the water then the plain aluminum surface can be cleaned and waxed on a regular basis. You mentioned long fin! If there is risk of running aground you should consider stainless steel materials and shapes.
