If you are looking for the speed at the outgoing flange or connection , just divide the flow by the section |

It depends on the size of the impeller, type of impeller, RPM, suction height, suction pipe size, head height, head pipe size, ell's in the pipe, horse power available, and many other factors. The best answer is going to be provided by the manufacturer, from whom charts should be published giving flow data at various given typical situations. The worst suggestion of your lifetime may be the catalyst to the grandest idea of the century, never let suggestions go unsaid nor fail to listen to them. |
