Can any one tell me how to design a gas (240 Cft per cylinder, 2200 Psi per cylinder & Qty 30 Cylinder at a time) filling manifold with available time of 1.5 Hrs? Thanks a lot

Welcome to the forum: I do not... but you best be thinking about thermo physics in this design. The worst suggestion of your lifetime may be the catalyst to the grandest idea of the century, never let suggestions go unsaid nor fail to listen to them.
