Hello, I am facing a problem when l need to establish the perpendicularity tolerance of a surface related to an axis. This is my doubt: Is it possible to use the symmetrical axis of a hole as reference axis to relate the perpendicularity tolerance to this axis? Esteban

Defining a surface to be perpendicular to a axis (hole, pin, etc..) is done by establishing the the axis feature as a datum, then specifying the surface as perpendicular to the axis datum. I don't know what a "symmetrical axis of a hole" is... Can you elaborate? : Hello, : I am facing a problem when l need to establish the perpendicularity tolerance of a surface related to an axis. : This is my doubt: : Is it possible to use the symmetrical axis of a hole as reference axis to relate the perpendicularity tolerance to this axis? : Esteban
